More Than Days is a personal recovery-support tool for reflection, planning, action, accountability, connection and growth. It complements rather than replaces treatment, counseling, sponsorship or peer support.

More Than Days is a recovery-support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.

More Than Days does not treat, cure, diagnose or prevent addiction, predict relapse or guarantee recovery. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for using the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt the service, access another person's information or use the service to harm anyone. Access may be limited or ended where needed to protect the service or its users.

You retain ownership of the recovery information you enter. You give More Than Days the permission needed to process that content only to operate the features and services you choose.

Goal Coach, Voice Companion, insights and other AI-assisted tools may help organize thoughts, support reflection and identify possible patterns. Their responses can be incomplete or wrong and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling or sponsorship. You remain responsible for decisions made using them.

A counselor connection does not automatically share private recovery information. The resident controls supported sharing, which is explicit, limited by role, relationship and consent, and can be withdrawn. Private areas remain private according to current sharing boundaries.

Free includes the recovery/day counter, Meeting Finder, Urge Surfer and crisis/support resources. Pro unlocks the complete recovery system, including planning, reflection, accountability and growth tools. Features may change as the service develops.

A 7-day free trial is available to eligible new subscribers; eligibility is shown at checkout. After any trial, the selected subscription renews at CA$6.99 per month or CA$59.99 per year, in CAD, unless canceled through the applicable billing-management process. Current pricing is shown before purchase.

Canceling stops future renewal and does not itself delete your account or recovery information. Account deletion is a separate action.

Paid subscriptions are processed through a third-party payment provider at checkout in the app. More Than Days may also depend on other services for hosting, storage and product features. More Than Days is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these fellowships or organizations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Features may change and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We make no guarantees about recovery outcomes.
