Help people carry recovery into everyday life.
More Than Days is designed to complement an existing program rather than replace any part of it. Clinical work, peer support, fellowship and sponsorship stay where they belong. The app simply travels home with the person, keeping reflection and support within reach between sessions and after discharge.
Recovery continuity
Keep reflection, recovery supports and rebuilding priorities together in one place after program hours end.
Meeting connection
Help people stay connected with recovery communities after discharge.
12-Step support
Private step reflections and sponsor questions, without attempting to replace sponsors or fellowship literature.
Daily accountability
Simple check-ins that encourage reflection without turning recovery into a score.
Rebuilding focus
Help people connect recovery with relationships, health, stability, purpose and future goals.
Personal ownership
The individual's recovery information belongs to the individual.
Counsellor view · preparing for pilots
A dedicated counsellor view for consent-based aftercare.
More Than Days includes a counsellor-facing view, currently being prepared for pilot demonstrations. It is built for an individual counsellor working with residents who choose to connect—not an organization-wide admin dashboard. Dashboard improvements are still underway; the complete pilot experience has not yet been verified.
- An overview of residents who have accepted your invitation
- A client detail view showing only what each resident chooses to share
- Resident invitations the resident must accept
- Scheduled check-ins between sessions
- Contact requests residents can send when they want to reach you
- Per-topic consent the resident can change or withdraw at any time
How sharing works
- 1
Invite
The counsellor sends a resident an invitation.
- 2
Accept
The resident decides whether to connect. Nothing is shared by connecting alone.
- 3
Choose what to share
The resident turns on sharing topic by topic, and can turn it off again.
No automatic access to journal entries, private 12-step answers, Urge Surfer sessions, voice conversations or crisis conversations.
Personal recovery should stay personal.
More Than Days is designed around the individual's recovery experience. Private reflections, craving information, step work and personal check-ins should not automatically become treatment-centre surveillance.
A resident can connect with a counselor, but connection alone does not automatically share private recovery information. The resident chooses which supported information to share, sharing is explicit and limited, and consent can be withdrawn.
Counselor access stays bounded by the counselor's role, their relationship with the resident and the resident's consent. Private areas remain private according to those boundaries. More Than Days does not currently offer a full treatment-centre or broader organization administration dashboard.
