Privacy at More Than Days

You choose what to enter, including account details, check-ins, reflections, goals, routines, recovery supports, contacts, journal entries and other recovery information. You do not have to record something you would rather keep to yourself.

An account uses information such as your email address to sign in, recover access and keep your information associated with you. The app and website may also process technical details such as device type, app version and error information to operate and improve reliability.

Information is used to operate the features you choose, keep your information available to you, support account and privacy controls, improve reliability and respond when you contact us. More Than Days does not use recovery content to diagnose you or guarantee an outcome.

When you use an AI-assisted feature such as Goal Coach, Voice Companion or insights, information you provide to that feature is processed to produce the requested response. These tools can help with reflection, organization and possible patterns, but they are not professional care and may be incomplete or wrong.

We do not make claims here about provider training practices or exact processing arrangements that have not been independently verified for the production configuration.

A resident can connect with a counselor. Connection alone does not automatically share private recovery information. The resident chooses which supported information to share; sharing is explicit, limited by role, relationship and consent, and consent can be withdrawn. Private areas remain private according to the current product's sharing boundaries.

Paid subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider, which handles the payment information needed for purchase and billing under its own privacy terms. More Than Days does not store full card numbers on this website.

Operating the service requires providers for functions such as hosting, data storage, product operation, billing and AI-assisted features. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can promise perfect security. This page does not claim a specific certification, encryption standard or legal-compliance designation.

Essential account and privacy controls let you review and manage supported information. Export and account-deletion controls are available in the app. Withdrawing counselor-sharing consent, canceling Pro and deleting an account are separate actions.

Information is retained as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate operational or legal needs. Exact periods depend on the information and purpose; this page does not state an unverified fixed period.
